Sparkbeaconbase provides marketing attribution analytics engagements for regional campaign managers, including reviews, contribution maps, briefings, and workshops. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written scope confirms deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and Sparkbeaconbase methods remain our intellectual property. Client data remains the client’s property. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement may be used by the client for internal business purposes; redistribution as a competing product or public training pack requires written consent.

Client responsibilities

Clients supply accurate exports and disclose known tracking gaps. Delays in providing materials may shift timelines. We do not guarantee particular business outcomes from following briefing recommendations.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Sparkbeaconbase Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on deliverables beyond the fees paid for the relevant engagement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have primary jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
