Refunds and cancellations

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far the engagement has progressed and whether a deposit or full fee was paid. Informational rate pages do not create a purchase until a written scope is accepted and payment instructions are completed.

Timeframe

Cancellation notices should be sent in writing to info@sparkbeaconbase.click. We confirm receipt within two business days.

Full and partial refunds

• If you cancel more than ten business days before the agreed start date and work has not begun, deposits are refundable in full.
• If you cancel between four and ten business days before start, fifty percent of the deposit may be retained for scheduling costs.
• If work has started (intake calls held or data processed), fees for completed stages are non-refundable; unused later stages may be refunded proportionally.

Non-refundable items

Completed briefings, delivered maps, workshop sessions already held, and third-party venue costs booked at your request are non-refundable.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfers may require matching account details from the payer.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Workshops and live briefings may be rescheduled once without fee if at least five business days’ notice is given and a new date within sixty days is agreed. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the scope.

Deposits and no-shows

Engagements may require a deposit to reserve analyst time. Failure to attend a scheduled workshop or briefing without notice may forfeit the session fee for that date.

Work already started and materials

When analysis has begun, you remain responsible for fees covering hours already spent. Printed materials prepared specifically for your workshop are charged if cancellation occurs after production has started.

Exceptions

Force majeure events in Thailand that prevent delivery may allow rescheduling or a credit toward a later engagement. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain available.
