What to export before an attribution review so the briefing stays on schedule

A checklist of campaign, spend, and conversion files that keep a ten-day review from stalling on missing columns.

Organized folders of printed campaign reports ready for an attribution intake

Attribution reviews stall when columns arrive late or under shifting names. Before a ten-day engagement, export campaign, spend, and conversion summaries for the agreed window with stable identifiers: campaign name, market or province tag, channel, dates, spend, and the conversion definition your team will defend.

Include a short note on tracking changes during the window—new pixels, renamed events, or offline forms that moved mid-month. If radio or event attendance lives in separate spreadsheets, send those too with the same date bounds. Do not wait for perfect CRM joins; send what exists and flag what does not.

Assign one owner for questions during intake. Reviews move faster when a single regional lead can confirm whether “Central” means Greater Bangkok only or includes adjacent provinces in your internal taxonomy.
